Plans are taking shape to memorialize Melquan Robinson 18 months after the 12-year-old was electrocuted at an Augusta park.
Robinson died Oct. 15, 2018, after climbing a Fleming Athletic Complex fence to retrieve a ball. The fence carried a live current, and a later inspection revealed the park had no equipment grounding connector that would have shut off the electricity.
